A typical fund raising or investor relations road show in one-on-one style only or a combination of luncheon presentations and one-on-one meetings involves:
. preparing a list of potential investors for group as well as for one-on-one sessions;
. organizing group and one-on-one sessions in selected cities / venues;
. taking care of logistics of the road show events per city / venue (reservation of travel
between cities, hotels, technical equipment when required);
. providing background on the meetings, listing the contacts, and location of the meetings
to the client;
. carrying out follow-up on meetings as required by the mandate.
